And
last, but certainly not least, is my husband Mike. We
are fortunate that Mike is a licensed hairstylist. With
his background, he was a natural to serve as the groomer.
Although Shibas do not require major "fluffing" for a
show, Mike always had Tsunami looking his absolute best.
All
too frequently, those vital folks behind the scenes do
not get the acknowledgement they deserve! For all….I thank
you from the bottom of my heart.
Tsunami
will take a break from the show ring as he develops his
versatility as the remarkable Shiba he is, proving he
can do the job he was originally bred to do. Tsunami is
currently training with Mike for agility and will begin
training with Jan in tracking. He continues working in
obedience.
